TERMS AND RULES
- You must be at least 18 years of age to be a member or use this site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.
- By using and/or viewing this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this
agreement and that you are at least 18-years old (21-years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority).
- Doxxing, the sharing of private and personal information (including but not limited to: IP addresses, names, addresses, geolocation data, phone numbers, email addresses, etc) without permission, is strictly prohibited. A single violation will result in membership termination if
discovered.
- The current sitewide Chatropolis Terms of Service (ToS) also applies for all room owners, visitors, guests, and chatters of the Underground rooms. All Underground room owners and moderators are expected to comply and
enforce the Chatropolis rules and ToS.
- If you break a Chatropolis rule or U.S. law such as threatening to hack Chatro then your membership may be terminated without refund.
- Spamming and advertising of your room in other Underground rooms or in the regular rooms upstairs is strictly prohibited. We have a one warning policy on spam. DON'T SPAM THEM, period!
- You may modify the IFCS link inside the upper frame to suit the style of your site. As long as it is clearly visible. YOU MAY NOT REMOVE THIS LINK!
- A VALID email address is required to be placed in your room entrance in case visitors or myself as the Owner may have need to contact you.
CONDITIONS AND WARNINGS
- We do not reset HTML for room owners unless to defaults and only if evidence is provided that the room owner cannot do it on their own.
- We do not provide any support for the HTML specifics since it is widely available online.
- If you disable the global logins function your room, then may be not appear on the Whochat list.
- If there is nobody in your room, Chatropolis has no obligation to list it while it is empty.
- Absolutely NO absurb HTML (special character codes and/or emoji codes) in your room names. The Whochat will not recognize it and prevent your room name from displaying. Font styling is the only allowed HTML.
ALSO
- Underground Chat Rooms, to be known henceforth as UG, can only be used for legal content. No pictures of bestiality or child porn are allowed. If you fail to control your users your room will be removed.
This also includes the title portion of your room. For Ex. the room name "Horny Dog Catcher" would be inappropriate because it would draw out the beast crowd. If you have a problem user we will attempt to help you filter or ban them.
- UG utilizes the former IFCS Chat Server, for full disclosure, is a 20+ year old discontinued chat server software. From time to time due to constant browser releases there can be an exploit noticed that can be a problem for your users. We take this seriously and usually address the
problem immediately. There is no guarantee on the length of time something of this nature will take us to repair.
- UG does NOT guarantee compatibility with any browser.
- n some rare and extreme cases users banned from Chatropolis will not be able to access UG
- UG Room Owners must ask for written permission before using a MZA Services, LLC room name. In some cases, UG Room Owners are encouraged to bring rooms, such as Gorean or other Fantasy themes) to the UG for better service and control.
- We ask that you operate the UG Admin panel while sober but we do not enforce this rule.
- No UG rooms can claim trademark while running on UG. If you are using your trade mark you grant MZA Services, LLC limited use for your stay here.
