Bastet is an ancient Egyptian cat goddess. Cats were highly revered in Egyptian culture, partly due to their ability to combat vermin like rats and snakes, and partly due to their tender, protective nature. Hence, Bastet is as much fierce warrior goddess as she is goddess of the home, women's secrets and fertility. In her spirit, we've created this room.
The Lair is a room where all are welcome. Women are in charge here (whether female by birth or by choice, i.e. "gurls"); hence, all presenting as men shall be considered to be in understanding with and agreement to this. (No male chauvinist pigs allowed!) Otherwise, our rules are simple:

- All Chatropolis rules and international laws apply. Let's keep it legal!
- To encourage a sense of community, pick a name and stick with it. Don't use a single letter or symbols unless previously cleared with management. Multiple names will NOT be tolerated. (If you MUST change your name, let a Moddess know!)
- Malicious use of VPNs, proxies, or other dynamic IPs will NOT be tolerated.
- Public sex scenes are permitted.
- If you are ever offended by others' public or private activities in our room, use the Squelch button as first resort to render their posts invisible. Out of sight is out of mind!
- Posting of images & videos is encouraged, but please post in moderation. Allow a video to play in full before posting the next. Keep all images/videos under 500 pixels in height.
- Moddesses have final say over all & reserve the right to call out activities not covered in the other rules.
- Live by the Golden Rule: treat others the way you wish to be treated. Respect is the order of the day! Have fun!
